Run recruitment like a team, not a DM thread
One page, one form you wrote yourself, and one screen where every officer reads the same applicant, with characters, logs and answers already attached. Here's the whole thing, from empty page to accepted trial.

Create the page
Guild name, the address you'll share, flavor, region and realm. It stays a draft until you publish it, so nobody sees the half-finished version.

Say what you're after
A description in markdown (raid times, progress, what the trial looks like) and a list of what you're recruiting. Class names get their class color.

Build the form
Add the questions your guild actually asks. Short text, long text, dropdowns, checkboxes and screenshot uploads, each required or optional.

Bring your officers
Share an invite link. Officers can review applications, edit the form and change settings; the owner decides who stays.

Publish and share one link
The page goes live at your address and shows up in the guild browser under your flavor, region and faction.

Review together
Applications land in one list. Read, discuss in the notes, and move each one from pending to in review, accepted or declined.
Ask what your guild actually asks
Every guild screens differently. A hardcore guild wants a death-free level range; a mythic roster wants logs and a UI screenshot; a Classic Era guild wants to know who you know. So the form is a list of fields you write, reorder and mark required.
Answers arrive as a snapshot: change the questions later and applications you already received still show what was asked at the time.

One page per applicant, read by everyone
An application opens with the characters it was sent with (class colors, level, realm and flavor), followed by WarcraftLogs parses and, on retail, Mythic+ score. Nobody has to paste an armory link or take your word for a parse.
Under that: the answers, the decision, and the officer notes. Notes are the part that replaces the DM thread: the argument for or against a trial ends up next to the application instead of scrolling away in chat.

The page feeds your officer channel
Guildfindr doesn't ask you to leave Discord. It posts into it. Paste a channel webhook and pick which events belong there: new applications, withdrawals, status changes, officer notes.
Each post links straight to the application, so the officer who's online picks it up without anyone chasing.

The things officers ask first
- Do our applicants need a Battle.net account?
- No. Discord is the only sign-in. Connecting Battle.net just saves typing; anyone can add a character by hand, which is also the fallback when Blizzard's API is having a bad day.
- We play Classic Era, Hardcore or Season of Discovery. Does it work?
- Yes. All six flavors are first-class: Retail, MoP Classic, Classic Era, Hardcore, Season of Discovery and Anniversary. Logs are pulled from the right WarcraftLogs partition for the flavor your guild plays.
- Do we have to stop recruiting in Discord?
- No. The webhook posts every event into your officer channel, so the page is where applications live and Discord stays where you talk about them.
- Can more than one officer review?
- That's the point. Share an invite link and every officer gets the same view, the same notes and the same decision buttons.
- Can we set it up before anyone sees it?
- Yes. A new guild page is a draft, so only your officers can open it. Publish when you're ready, and unpublish from settings the day you stop recruiting.
- How many guilds can one account run?
- Up to 3, so a Retail main and a Classic alt guild can live on the same account.
- What happens to our data?
- Applications, notes and screenshots belong to the guild and are deleted with it. The privacy page spells out what's stored and why.
- What if nobody applies?
- Your page is listed in the guild browser under your flavor, region and faction, so players looking for exactly your setup can find it without seeing your link first.
