Everything an officer needs on one screen

No spreadsheet, no thread of screenshots. An application arrives with the characters attached, the logs already pulled, and the answers to the questions you set.

The form is yours: Short text, long text, dropdowns, checkboxes and screenshot uploads. Ask what your guild actually asks, not what a template thinks you should.
One page per applicant: Officers read the same page, leave notes on it, and move the application from pending to in review, accepted or declined.
Discord tells you: Point your officer channel's webhook at the guild and pick what lands there: new applications, withdrawals, status changes, officer notes.

Sign in with Discord, connect Battle.net once, and applying to the next guild takes a couple of minutes instead of a rewritten wall of text.

Characters, imported: Connect Battle.net once and your roster comes along: name, class, level and realm, on every flavor you play. Anything Blizzard won't hand over you can add by hand.
Logs do the talking: WarcraftLogs parses ride along with the application, plus Mythic+ score on retail. No armory links to paste.
Every application in one list: Your dashboard shows where each one stands, and lets you withdraw any of them without an awkward DM.
