Privacy policy

What we store

• Account: your Discord display name, avatar and email address, used to sign you in and identify you to guilds.
• Battle.net (optional): your battletag and the characters you choose to import (name, realm, class, level, faction). We never see your Battle.net password, and the access token expires within 24 hours.
• Applications:your answers to a guild's questions and any screenshots you upload. These are visible to you and to that guild's officers only.

What we don't do

• No selling or sharing of personal data with third parties.
• No advertising or tracking cookies — only a session cookie for sign-in.

Third-party services

Guildfindr runs on Cloudflare infrastructure. We fetch public performance data about imported characters from WarcraftLogs and Raider.IO. If a guild has enabled Discord notifications, a summary of your application (character name and class) is posted to that guild's private Discord channel.

Retention & deletion

Your data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard— this permanently removes your account, characters, applications and uploaded screenshots. Withdrawing an application hides it from further review; deleting your account removes it entirely.
